Shipping Policy

Mandrill Toys & Collectibles ("we" and "us") is the operator of
(www.mandrilltoys.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this
 Website you are agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure
both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect
and set expectations on our service.



1. Stock Availability


We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for us to restock the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.



2. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping is collected during checkout along with the items.



3. Delivery Terms


3.1 Transit Time (Domestic)

In general, domestic shipments arrive within 2 - 7 business days after being shipped. If you need your item sooner or require a guaranteed delivery date, please ensure you choose an appropriate option during checkout.


3.2 Transit Time (International)

In general, international shipments arrive within 4 - 22 business days after being shipped. This can vary greatly depending on the carrier selected, customs clearance times, and many other factors. We will provide an estimated arrival date during checkout. If you need your item sooner or require a guaranteed delivery date, please ensure you choose an appropriate option during checkout. 


3.3 Shipment Preparation

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 business day of payment being received. Our warehouse operates on a Monday through Friday schedule during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET), except
on national holidays and other published dates. 


3.4 Change Of Delivery Address

To change the delivery address on your order please contact us via the contact form on the website or by emailing us directly at hello@mandrilltoys.com as soon as possible. In general, we are able to change the address as long as the item has not already been prepared for shipment. 


3.5 Post Office (PO) Boxes

We are able to ship to PO Box addresses using USPS only. We are unfortunately unable to offer other carrier’s services to these locations.


3.6 Military Addresses

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS only. We are unfortunately unable to offer other carrier’s services to these locations.


3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the estimate, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation and work with the carrier to expedite, where possible.



4. Tracking Notifications


Upon an order being shipped, you will receive an automated email wit the carrier and tracking number which will allow you to follow the progress of the shipment. Please note that in some cases it may take 1-2 days after shipping an item for an initial scan to be made by the carrier.



5. Damaged In Transit Packages


If you receive your package and there are obvious signs of damage to the outer box (e.g. rips, dents, crushing, etc), we would ask for you to please take photos of the box BEFORE opening it as the carrier’s require this to process claims. Once completed, feel free to inspect your item and, if it’s also damaged, please contact us for further assistance.

6. Duties & Taxes


6.1 Sales Tax

Where required, sales tax will be be applied to the price of the goods during checkout. If you are exempt from paying sales tax, please contact us for further instructions.


6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments are NOT INCLUDED as part of the price displayed during checkout and may be required upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Mandrill Toys &
Collectibles encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing
an order with us.


If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination
country, the goods will be returned to Mandrill Toys & Collectibles at the
customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods
paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping
will not be refunded.

 



7. Insurance


Packages may be insured, at our discretion, for loss and damage up to the value of the items. Should an insurance claim be necessary - for items damaged or lost in transit - Mandrill Toys & Collectibles may require your assistance to complete such claims including providing a description of the package’s condition, providing photographs of the package, and/or holding the package for pickup by the carrier.
