Mandrill Toys & Collectibles has a no-hassle return policy that will allow you to return or exchange items in an order for whatever reason! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted, Sale, Damaged, or Not Mint items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchange
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging with all original accessories and components
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Shipping charges paid are non-refundable and any applicable return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us either using the Contact Us Form on our website or by sending an email directly to email@example.com. Please be sure to include your order number, reason for return / exchange, and the best way to reach back out to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be mailed to you or issued electronically.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver instead.
