Announcing A Brand New Fan Experience

On behalf of all of us here at Mandrill Toys & Collectibles, I want to welcome you to our new and improved fan experience! We’ve been hard at work the past few months reimagining how our customers shop with us and during this period we have spoken to so many of you personally to understand what you like, what you don’t, and more importantly, what we can do to be your first stop when shopping for that new toy or collectible!

I can’t personally thank you all enough for the support and love you continue to show us, when we started this company a couple years ago we never imagined we’d come this far in such a short period of time and our success is because of fans like you who share your photos on social media, talk about your experiences with us in collector groups, and continue to patronize our business! We just celebrated the first anniversary of our retail store opening in Occoquan, Virginia - which grew out of the foundation we built online - and I can’t think of a better way to commemorate that special event then with a completely new look, a new reward program (or two), and much more to be announced in the coming weeks!

1. A Brand New Online Experience

The first thing you undoubtedly noticed on coming to the website is that it looks distinctly different. The online store was rebuilt from the ground up with you, the fan, in mind.  Less clicks to get to popular areas of the site, the ability to filter large product sets effortlessly to find exactly what you’re looking for, larger images, faster searches, the ability to showcase more products, and even more stuff under the hood we won’t mention.  As we continue to expand our inventory into both new and old favorites, we will prioritize the ability to find those products as easily as possible and this experience is a giant leap in that direction.

2. A Rewards Program built for the Fan

We value each and every one of our fans and to reward you for your loyalty, we’re introducing a brand new program today we’re calling Fan Rewards.  This program was designed to reward you for what you do already in purchasing products from us, liking our social media accounts, sharing our posts to your friends and family, and more! The best part though? The program works across our online and retail stores. Purchase preorders online and in-stock items in our retail store? No problem, we have you covered!  In addition, you can redeem your rewards in either location as well, so you can use your hard-earned points how and when you want.

3. Refer A Fan Program

In addition to rewarding you for your purchases, we also want to reward you for helping us create new fans. That is what our Refer A Fan Program is designed to accomplish with deadly simplicity - you refer a future fan and they make a purchase? You both get a coupon good for 15% off your next purchase. No ifs, ands, or buts anywhere to be found!

4. Last But Not Least, A Giveaway!

To thank all of our fans whether new or old, we are running a giveaway!  Additional details will be announced over the weekend and the giveaway will begin next Monday, July 22.  Keep a close eye on on social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter - to get all the details and enter when it goes lives!
